The Link is an extension of Effective Ministries, Inc. It’s a Christian organization founded by Michael Thaler, who’s also co-founder of Equity Concetps, LLC in Virginia. Link helps and supports Niger Africa through outreach and ministry purposes. They have done numerous of projects,building wells for water where water is scarce, also building schools, orphanges, churches, clinics and other purposeful structures. Cheryl Jarvis has had the privilege to travel to Niger twice to participate in and see the effects of this wonderful program first hand. Young lives is an organization that helps and supports teen Mom’s through special programs. Diane Claiborne is an area director for metro. Richmond, Va. Some of these programs are Club,mentoring,camping,along with childcare provided for the Mom’s. This organization offers them learning skills needed to build and develope a hopeful future. Caritas is a local organization that helps families and individuals in the community who are going through tough times, either being through natural disaster, or homelessness.
